Inside Dreamweaver there is a navigational bar tool. I used this to insert my newly created buttons, seen below. The first image is the 'up image', the second is the 'over image' and the third is used as an 'over image' when the corresponding page is being viewed. For example, when the user is on the 'home' page, the home button will have a constant grey background. When the buttons are hovered over with the cursor, the background turns grey, however when on the homepage and the background is constantly grey, this third button is used as an over image.
